Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on lead generation by Google search, LinkedIn, and social media approaches for the real estate company
2. Generate leads and work on cold calling prospective customers including setting an appointment and make cold calls to identify prospects and their main points by preparing sales to funnel and brief them about our services
3. Collaborate with the delivery team to achieve better results and share reports with the clients
4. Maintain a client database generated through promotional activities and determine the clients' needs and financial abilities and inform clients about market conditions and prices
