Job Description:
As a Pre-Sales Specialist/Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to support the sales team in driving revenue growth by providing technical expertise and solutions to prospective customers. You will be the key technical resource in the pre-sales process, working closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop appropriate solutions.

Engage in pre-sales activities: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs, assess technical requirements, and determine the most suitable solutions.
Solution development: Design and develop customized solutions based on customer requirements, leveraging the company's products and services. Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proofs of concept to showcase the value proposition.
Technical expertise: Stay up to date with the company's products, industry trends, and emerging technologies. Demonstrate deep technical knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Customer relationship building: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their business objectives, and position the company's solutions as the best fit. Address technical concerns and objections to drive customer satisfaction.
Collaboration with internal teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to gather insights, share feedback, and align on customer requirements. Provide input on product enhancements based on customer feedback.
