Job Description
• Handle database/cold calling and tele-counseling, lining up walk-ins in the office, etc.
• Follow up on client leads for the sale of properties
• Handle clients' inquiries and service customers' needs
• Work on being an expert on issues of the real estate industry, prices, competitors, market conditions, etc.
• Maintain and progress an active sales pipeline of prospective clients
• Contribute to the major goals of the company in uplifting sales/revenues
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• Collaborate with the team to achieve better results
• Attending Customers, Presenting the Project Specifications and addressing their queries.
• Interact with clients to determine business requirements
