Premium Inbound Agent
Job Overview: Responsible for managing inbound calls from premiums customers and answering their queries effectively.
Responsibilities and Duties:
● Answer incoming calls from customers & respond to inquiries ● Provide general information to the customers ● Manage complaints & troubleshoot significant customer service problems

Qualifications/Work-Experience:
● Graduate/Post Graduate ● 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment ● Previous customer service experience, especially in the consumer-durables industry, is preferred.
