Roles and Responsibilities:
● Drive conversions in our lead pipeline through phone calls
● Pitch LeapScholar's various offerings include counselling, SAT Test Prep, etc.
● Resolve student queries
● Coordinate with the internal team (counsellors, operations, product) if needed, to drive the
conversion
● Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue
● Managing customer accounts by ensuring timely follow-ups
● Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Ideal Persona:
● Fresher - Marketing background or 1 prior internship experience in sales
● Should be tech-savvy, high agency, and result-oriented
● Excellent spoken and written communication skills
● Proactive and responsible to report and sort out any problems faced
● Familiarity with Google sheets
