RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Working with the organization to review RFPs and other client material to gain complete understanding of requirements-

Creating proposals or presentation templates aligned with client requirements and company branding standards-

Collaborate with bid manager to prepare competitive proposals and RFP/RFI responses including researching, writing, compiling and editing content using internal resources to ensure consistent messaging-

Working closely with bid teams to resolve open items during the proposal and presentation development process-

Holding master drafts of proposals and presentations, incorporating edits and changes and sending out revised drafts to the pursuit team-

Ensuring timely completion of proposals along with meeting the expected quality parameters-

Managing final deliverables to internal SharePoint site/online procurement sites REQUIREMENTS-

MBA in finance (Full-Time) from B School -

Post qualification experience of minimum 2-3 years in pre-sales /bid management-

Strong written and verbal communication skills.-

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, excel and PowerPoint skills -

Demonstrated knowledge of sales lifecycle like Qvidian, Salesforce, SharePoint etc. WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU:-
