Job Role

Making 100-150 outbound calls daily from leads provided
Good understanding of financial markets/ stock market
Ensure the customers download the mobile application and complete the KYC process
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, 6 days a week
Seize opportunities to upsell services when they arise.
Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner if necessary.

Confident to speak to customers
Customer focused and adaptable to different personality types
Have the ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively

Qualification

Graduate – Any stream

Experience

6 months to 3 years of relevant work experience.
