Job Summary:
As a Presales Executive/ Tele-Calling Executive, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospective clients and maintain regular follow-ups to generate leads, promote property listings, and schedule appointments for our sales team. Your objective will be to build positive relationships with potential customers, understand their requirements, and provide relevant information about our properties to convert leads into successful deals.
Responsibilities:
1. Cold calling potential clients to introduce our real estate services, showcase available properties, and create interest in our offerings.
2. Generating leads through various sources and databases provided by the company, as well as using your own networking skills.
3. Conducting market research to identify potential customers and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
4. Handling inbound inquiries from interested parties, providing them with detailed property information, and addressing their queries effectively.
5. Creating and maintaining a database of potential clients and their preferences for follow-up purposes.
6. Building rapport and cultivating strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences better.
7. Regularly updating clients about new properties, promotions, and special offers via phone calls or email campaigns.
8. Working closely with the sales team to coordinate property viewings and appointments, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
9. Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation, call volume, and conversion rates.
10. Collaborating with the marketing team to assist in planning and executing various marketing campaigns to enhance lead generation and brand visibility.
11. Recording all interactions, lead status, and relevant details in the company's CRM system accurately.
12. Participating in training sessions and skill development programs to enhance product knowledge and tele-calling techniques.
Preferred candidate profile
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in tele-calling, telemarketing, or sales in the real estate or related industry is an advantage.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a pleasant and persuasive phone manner.
3. Strong negotiation and selling abilities to close deals and achieve sales targets.
4. Good understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.
5. Ability to work in a target-driven environment and handle rejection professionally.
6. Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills to manage follow-ups and multiple leads effectively.
8. High level of initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
9. A positive attitude, a customer-centric approach, and a strong team player.
10. Fluency in [local language(s)] and proficiency in English is compulsory.
