Job Description
Should work on Sundays/Government holidays, can take com-off on Tuesday/Wednesday
§ Should have excellent communication in English & Kannada
§ To provide correct and latest information about the projects to the client.
§ Regular follow up on allocations & references.
§ Regular feedback to the marketing team on the received allocations.
§ Handle In-bound and outbound calls on a rotating basis
§ Generate sales leads.
§ Attending Customers, Presenting the Project Specifications and addressing their queries.
§ Interact with clients to determine business requirements
§ Maintain potential customer data and keep in touch with the customers periodically
§ Maintain good relationship with customer and promote the product uniqueness.
