Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for the overall development of the school.
• Developing a creative learning community across the school.
• Must have knowledge, understanding and enthusiasm for creative teaching and learning as a key to raising achievement, aspiration and motivation.
• To build a community of creative learning practice across the school, involving all departments as appropriate.
• Maintain rapport with parents and other responsibilities as required by the management.
• Confident and presentable personality with a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
• Strong convincing skills
• Conducting events for increasing admissions like a canopy, baby shows etc.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate/Post-graduate female candidates (Age range of 25-35 years) with leadership qualities and excellent management & communication skills (Both English and Hindi).
  
• Relevant Experience of 3-5 years
