· To check if Daily /Weekly reports to sent to customers
· Monitoring emails of customer Escalation and taking necessary actions
· Meet customers with respective CS on a Monthly basis for review
· Attending Weekly sales meet to know the customer needs and KPI’s for the CS team
· Regular follow-up with customers for New lane Business
· Working with Liners for rates for special equipment and give complete information to customers based on their requirement.
· Planning for FCL Consol movements from Shanghai / Hongkong / Keelung
· Rate negotiation with Origin for MBL prepaid / HBL on collect
