Job Description
Preparing teaching materials ahead of each lesson and teaching lessons
Organising the classroom, its display and the resources used evaluating pupils’ homework
Keeping an eye on each child’s progress
Working with other educational professionals such as social workers or psychologists
Communicating with parents
Keeping up to date with the curriculum and best practices.
Setting up the classroom, organising displays and equipment.
Using a mix of resources to enhance pupil’s exploration of the topic.
Using different teaching methods, including whole class, group work, independent research, demonstrations, experiments and play, to motivate and encourage interaction in the class.
Encouraging children to work together to achieve goals.
Education: B.ED
EXPERIENCE: 2 yrs
