Job Description

Princ Eng Design Engn

Job Number: 19000105

Requirements:
  • MS or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Greater than 2 years of experience in VLSI analog chip custom circuit design such as voltage generator, ADC, DAC, operational amplifier, or high-speed IO interface circuits.
  • Ability to use advanced Si design tools, CADENCE VIRTUOSO, SPECTRE or SPICE, LVS, DRC, and available to work immediately.
  • Understanding of semiconductor physics (CMOS, SOI, FinFET),and electrical engineering on VLSI chip design including transistor level circuit, gate level logic, standard-cell based design, microprocessor, and memories.
  • Strong problem solving and technical trouble shooting skills.
  • Excellent collaborative communication skills.

HELPFUL SKILLS:
  • Design verification of chip level having digital and analog components using mixed level simulator.
  • Analog circuit design experience such as pump, regulator, ADC and DAC.
  • Having a design experience of high-speed IO circuits such as DDR, QDR, or HSS.
  • Product or prototype development using  FIN or SOI Technology.
