Qualification  :  Candidate must have Degree in Engineering/Technology from recognised University/Institute with at least 3 years experience in workshop/factory or 10+2+3 years diploma in engineering with minimum 8 years' experience in workshop/factory or teaching experience in a recognised technical institution with 55% marks in aggregate. APST candidates should have equivalent qualification with 2 years experience.

Pay :  Pay Matrix Level — 7, Rs 44,900-14,2400 Group '13' Non -Gazetted.

Age Limit  :   Candidates should not be less 18 years age and more than 32 years of age as on 18.10.2019. However, the upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for APST and another 5 years for Arunachal Pradesh Govt. employees.

Application Fee  :  Application fee of Rs.150/- is to be paid by Online mode only.

Method of Selection :   Eligible candidates will have to appear in written examination in the following subjects followed by viva-voce test to be conducted by the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission at Itanagar on the basis of which selection will be finalized.
