Salary not disclosed We are looking for a Principal for a leading reputed institution in Chennai & Karaikudi, who is dynamic, inspirational and highly skilled to maintain and drive forward high academic standards.
Qualification: P.G and Teaching Degree (B.Ed /M.Ed))
Experience: 5 to 7 years of work experience as a Principal in Tamil Nadu Matriculation and CBSE schools. (Experience in both curriculums is preferred).
Language skills: Effective verbal as well as written communication skills.
Computer skills: Should have knowledge of MS office. Knowledge and experience in digital / virtual schooling.
School administration:
• Ability to handle 3000 – 4000 students.
• Skills to deal with the parents.
• In depth academic knowledge of all major subjects.
• Co-ordinate with the curriculum and academic teams for any updates and changes in curriculum.
• Promoting effective teamwork.
• Overseeing school’s day-to-day operations -handling disciplinary matters, managing a budget and hiring teachers and other resource personnel.
Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate
Job Location: Chennai and Karaikudi.
