Job Description

ADVERTISEMENT NO: 01/SPSC/EXAM/2020

Applications are invited from the eligible in-service local candidates for filling up of 03 (three) posts of Principal, D.I.E.Ts in the Level 18 of Pay Matrix under SCERT/Education Department, Government of Sikkim, through Promotion.  

Qualification: 1. Post Graduate Degree in Science/Social Science/Arts/Humanities with minimum 55% marks and M.Ed/M.El., Ed/ M.A (Education) with minimum 50% marks.

2. Five years of Teaching Experience in a State Government Teacher Education Institutions (SCERT, DIETs, B.Ed. College). 

Desirable: Degree/Diploma in Educational Administration/ Educational Leadership.

(a) Should have knowledge of any of the State Languages. (b) Should be conversant with the customs and usages of Sikkim

Application fee amounting to Rs 150/- only may be paid online through credit/debit card, Net Banking by Visa/Mastercard. The amount once deposited shall not be refunded or adjusted against any other purpose. Candidates belonging to PWD Category are exempted from paying the fees.
