3. Minimum Qualification and Experience: M.Sc./ B.Tech in Life Sciences with from a recognised University with eight years of post qualification research experience in the relevant field. OR PhD in Life Sciences from a recognised University with four years of post qualification experience in the relevant field.
4. Desirable Qualification & Experience: Analysis of bacterial, fungal and viral metagenomic sequences. Whole genome sequence assembly, annotation and phylogenetic analysis of bacterial and fungal isolates. Evaluation of virulence and resistance functions in the NGS reads.

6. Program: Sepsis-related mortality in neonates in India: A multi-disciplinary, multi-institutional research program for context-specific solutions
7. Project : Understanding gastrointestinal tract microbiome of the neonates with or without sepsis
