IITB Project Recruitment: Project title: Multiphysics modelling of grain growth during hot isostatic pressing and during isothermal forging of powder metallurgy nickel based superalloy

About the project: Development and implementation of Kinetic Monte Carlo, Cellular Automaton, Phase field and Finite difference models of microstructural evolution during hot forging and hot isostatic pressing

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
(i). Master's Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences / MVSc or bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent; and
(ii). Eight years experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organisations and Scientific activities and services.
 OR
(i). Doctoral Degree in Science/ Engineering /Technology/ Pharma / MD / MS from a recognized University or equivalent; and
 (ii). Four years experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organisations and Scientific activities and services.

Upper Age limit : 40 Years

Pay Details:
Consolidated salary Rs.49000/- p.m. + HRA
