Responsibilities and Duties:

- Identifying, defining and developing scalable solutions with work-to-win consensus across the organisation.

- Gather, understand and document detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques

- Solution Designing.

- Manage internal and external escalations between vendor partner and users

- Work with multiple stakeholders to help in business processes.

- Drive - Growth by Numbers Gather and process data using SQL functions and prepare periodic performance dashboards.

- Provide functional support for the project management activities

- Quantify expected operational gains and effectively prioritise proposals

- Liaison with Vendor partners to increase efficiency and quality.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc)

- Excellent Analytical Skills

- Understanding of driving business using data and numbers.

- Knowledge of SQL and other data extraction tools.

- Understanding of user issues and providing run-time solutions.

- Vendor partner management skills.

- Stakeholder management.

- Zeal to grow and handle teams (if and when required)
