Work profile would be for the Insurance and F&A-related process.
All processes are non-voice and back end operations
Will be interacting only with clients and not customers using computers and the internet extensively.
Working on web-based applications.
Viewing and capturing details on the system.
Using computers and the internet extensively.
Non-voice and back-end operations.
Provide excellent customer service to clients.
Are good team players, independent, meticulous, proactive, attentive to details, self-motivated, and able to adapt to new challenges.
Resolve all vendor queries and requests coming via e-mails / Tickets within the agreed SLA.
Viewing and capturing details on system Skills and Competencies.

Requirement:

Candidates should be any Graduate or a Post Graduate.
Good academic record (50% or above).
Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written).
Proficiency in tools such as MS Word and Excel.
Basic knowledge in insurance or finance.


Salary:
Day Shift – Rs. 14705/- Net Take Home per Month

Night Shift – Rs. 350 (Per Night Shift Allowance) + 14705 Net Take Home Per Month 

 Working hours-8 hours 45 minutes(5 days of working)

 Work Location-Bangalore  

Currently work from office

· 2 ways of cab facility would be provided(transport radius would be 15 to 18 km)

Willingness to work in any shift as below.

6.00 am to 2.45 pm
3.00 pm to 11.45 pm
9.00 pm to 5.45 am
6.00 pm to 2.45 am
