Profile: Operations

Job Description:

Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new opportunities in Microsoft Dynamics applications.
Contacting potential clients via email and phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses
Collaborating with various departments to document the project strategies
Preparing PowerPoint presentations and documentation for the proposals
Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of tenders and others

Expected Profile:

Experience with prospect and document management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Excellent analytical and time-management skills
Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) experience preferred

Education Qualification:

Bachelor of Commerce
Bachelor of Business Applications
Bachelor in Business Administration
Bachelor in Business Management
