    *Chat Process(Banking)
    Process: Banking Customer Support/Chat Process
    Designation: Process Associate
    Description: The candidates must have experience in banking customer support (chat process),here they have to resolve the queries of the customer related to banking transaction,credit card,general entry transaction support through mail and chat.
    Work Location: Whitefield
    Qualification: Only Graduates
    Experience: Minimum of 1 year exp in BPO  customer service (banking will be advantage)
    Salary: Max upto 3.51 lacs
    Work timings: Rotational Shifts/Rotational Off/one way Cab Provided

    *Telecommunication Chat Process
    Process: Customer Service
    Designation: Process Associate
    Description: This is for customer support profile  for supporting australian Clients regarding the issue faced by them .
    Salary: Up to 3.75 lacs
    Education: Graduates/undergraduates 
    Experience : Minimum of 1 year exp in customer Support Chat Process
    Work Loaction: Manyata Tech park Work Timings:Australian Shifts

    Required Candidate profile

    Excellent Communication Skills
    Positive Attitude
    Flexible for shifts
    Flexible to work in bpo Sector
    Candidates should have chat support Experience
