Job Description

We are hiring for the position of Process Associates (Solar Panel Sales)Process: Australian Outbound Lead Generation (100% Voice)
Experience -0.6-1yr in International /Domestic Outbound Process
Freshers are also welcome
Salary Offered- 15 K+ Incentives(Experienced)12 k+ Incentives( Freshers)
Gender- Both Boys and Girls Required

Skills Required:

Should have min 6 months of experience in International Outbound Sales or LeadGeneration (Experience in Australian Process will be preferred)
Experienced inDomestic Outbound in Premium Sales Process.
Should be Smart, Confident & Expressive
Should have good communication skills ,with no grammatical errors.
Should be a quick learner and self motivated
Should have convincing skillsPerks & Benefits
Free of Cost Training
Unlimited Incentives as per performance
5.5 Days working
Shift Timing : 6:00AM to 3:00PM (Fixed - Almost Day Shift
Both Side AC Cab (Door to Door Pick & Drop)
Incase the candidate is in non Cab Route then he will be paid reimbursement Of Rs.2500/- as commuting charges ,if he stays beyond 5Kms from office.
Less travelling time as company is based out at West Delhi
2 time Meals (Breakfast & Lunch)
Incentives (Daily Cash, Weekly & Monthly)
All Australian Holidays & Major Indian Holidays
