Airline contact center would include the following activities to be performed
Support for general contact center including reservations and customer service
Support for Air and Hotel Bookings
Voice: Inbound/Outbound calls, Back Office, Email, Ticketing (Where Required)
Flight Changes/Cancellation and Passenger Notification
Handling inbound calls, E-mails and Back office, Customer Delight, Compliance to policies and Processes and managing Handling time
Education qualification: Graduate in any discipline/Under graduates/Dropout
Shifts: Candidate should be ready to work in 24*7(Rotational Shifts)
Age: 18-32 Years
Language: Should be fluent in spoken and written English
Minimum work experience: Fresher can also apply
Specialized Skills (Non Travel/Travel): Good Communication Skills with Customer Service skills, any experience in BPO will be an added advantage
Note: B.Tech/ BE/Technical Diploma less than 65% will only be considered.
