Job Summary

• Responsible for process execution and documentation - working on tasks, which are mostly well-defined and routine, doing data transactions and interaction via calls.
• Sharing knowledge and standard methodologies within the team
• Execute data transactions and complete the assigned routine tasks within specified time frames and meeting the agreed accuracy levels
• Adhere to defined performance level parameters (efficiency, quality etc.)

• Identify problem through audits or customer feedback.
• Detail oriented, always committed to deliver high quality output, strong focus on fulfilling customer needs and requirements
• Ability to balance change between systems & process readily, Resilience i.e. able to balance pressure from a variety of factors and situations.
