Job Description

OVERVIEW OF THE PROFILE:

Process Associate is the entry level position. It means assisting the process of the company. We are running the US, UK and the Canada based campaigns where we are providing the financial services to them.
Salary: 15k- 25k (In Hand)
Role: Process associate (Non- technical)
Employment type: Permanent job/ full time
Role category: Voice Process

Skills required for the profile:
Any UG/ GRADUATION/PG can apply
Good communication skills
Fresher’s having good interpersonal skills can apply
Good listener
Having basic knowledge in MS-EXCEL
Comfortable in night shift
Focused in the work

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Making calls and generate leads and provide them the financial services according to their demands.
Maintain effective relationships with customers.
Maintain positive work relationship with members of the team.
Provide proper assistance and guidance to the customers over the call.
Complete the given targets on time.
