Marble Box jobs - Process Associate

• Company's business is to provide service extension on Insurance to the North American Agencies.
• Therefore, time-bound transactions are to be carried on by the Process Department.
• The job of Process Associates is to ensure time-bound processing of assigned all tasks/ transactions (all backend client data) with high accuracy and within the given deadline.

Accountability: 

• Giving floor efficiency as per the set daily/weekly target 
• Maintain accuracy in processing as per the set target (Work Quality must be -85%)
• Contribute to the knowledge base by constant learning and development 
• Update reports/trackers in time/as per deadline 

  Important Terms & Conditions

  Night Shift:The job role requires you to work in continuous night shifts (9 PM – 6 AM IST) with occasional day shifts (12 PM – 9 PM).

  Bond:Selected candidates are required to sign a bond for 1year to stay with the organization.
