About the Role

We are looking for a good, dedicated, and sincere Process Associate to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant Content Writer at our company, you will have the following roles and responsibilities -

As a Business Process Associate you will also be required to work on the following roles and responsibilities :

• Perform various administrative tasks including answering emails, calls, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, hotel reservations, placing orders etc.

• Make outbound calls if the tasks require.

• Perform internet research.

• Work on Data tasks like preparing spreadsheets, keeping, and maintaining all the records of the customers, etc.

• Work with tools like MS Office, Canva, Video Editing tools, and other tools necessary to conduct work smoothly.

• Write creative content that communicates the desired message in a tasteful manner.

• Writing, editing, and proofreading copy for client projects based on research.

• Understand the tasks properly.

• Clarify any doubts regarding tasks before starting the task and also during working on the tasks.

• Deliver quality tasks on time.

• Work towards customer’s success.

Skills and Qualification

• Qualification: Graduation or pursuing graduation.

• Good internet and computer handling skills.

• Graduation or pursuing graduation

Good time management skills.

• Good verbal and written communication and you should be able to write error-free English.

Salary Structure: INR 6,000 - INR 8,000

Location - Kolkata (Candidate should be from Kolkata)

Shift: Night Shift (Work from home NOW)
