Process Associate: 

Job Summary

• Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services
  
• Guide the customer on various queries, take/ cancel orders, obtain details of complaints
  
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests. 

• Advises present or prospective seller by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
  
• Influences seller to retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
  
• Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
  
• Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
  
• Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; notifying team leader of needed repairs.
  
• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
  
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
  
• Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
  
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  
• Enter and update sellers information in the database
  
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as tele callers and queries representative or other doubts and queries/sellers service role
  
• Proven track record of successfully meeting doubts and queries quota preferably over the phone
  
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  
• Excellent knowledge of English
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Good Typing Speed
  
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  
• Any Graduation / Post Graduation
  
• Job Type:Full-time
  
• Salary: Upto INR 300,000 per annum
  
• Note: This job role requires candidates to work full time during NIGHT SHIFT (Monday to Friday).
