Job Description

Process Associate – Litigation

Coimbatore, India

Educational Qualifications : B.E/B.TECH – EEE, ECE, IT, CSE, E&IE, Aeronautical

Experience : 0 to 3 years

Responsibilities :

  • Ability to consistently deliver highest quality of work under extreme pressure will be very important.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to review a wide variety of legal documents and a variety of legal correspondence.
  • Performs legal research and analyzes legislative history, precedent cases, decisions, and opinions; compiles substantive information on legal subjects; and collects evidence in connection with case, issues, hearings, appeals, litigation services.
  • Good research skills
  • Should have hands-on familiarity with a variety of computer applications, including word processing, database and spreadsheet. 

Skills Desired :

  • Basic legal knowledge, including knowledge of standard legal citation system sufficient to perform basic legal research.
  • Candidates with strong analytical and good communication skills and easily adaptable to any circumstances.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat Professional or similar applications.
  • Proficient in Internet searches, Team player, creativity and self –driven, Eye for detail, ability to prioritize.
  • Blog writing skills
