The Gallagher Service Center is a crucial component of our ability to provide industry-leading quality and customer service, helping our global teams serve our end customers better, meet regulatory requirements and improve speed to market.
Primary Responsibilities
- You will improve service delivery, enhance customer perception and handle SLA's and critical metrics for each of your outsourced contracts.
- You'll balance issues with suppliers at a local level and ensure tasks run efficiently.
- Maintain an up-to-date, detailed improvement action plan for customer engagement
- Accuracy whilst completing all pieces of work is important. If you discover potential issues, raise them with your manager.
Skill & Competencies
- Works well with team members, and have excellent communications skills coupled with the ability to plan and handle a fast-paced workload.
- Coaches, mentors and may supervise lower level adjusters. Incumbents at this level should be able to work at full case load capacity.
- IT proficient with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- You have competitive spirit, high energy and passion on-the-job
Minimum Qualification
- Candidate should be a Graduate in any field
- Good academic record (aggregate 50% or above).
Additional Qualification/ Certification
- Knowledge or certification in Insurance field will be the additional advantage.
