Primefox Infotech is inviting applications for the role of Process Associate/ Sr. Process Associate to join our high performing lead generation team in providing service offerings to our esteemed clients. The ideal candidate should be self-driven and must possess good command over English language. 

Skills Required:
• Excellent English communication skills
• No Technical/Sales skills required
• Strong Interpersonal skills
• Adaptive and quick learner
• Good, smooth, calm, enthusiastic communicator

Responsibilities:
• Generating high quality leads following the laid SOPs
• Using rebuttal techniques to handle customer’s query
• Make outgoing calls to create new leads
• Developing a strong knowledge of the product’s script/s and rebuttal/s in order to facilitate the lead

Process Associate/ Sr. Process Associate

Location:
WORK FROM OFFICE: Mohali

Working Hours:
Fixed Shift Timings (US Shift) with Saturday/Sunday Fixed Off

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent
