Qualifications:
- Project delivery/ management Experience of at least 3+ years
- Exposure to Data Science tools like R and Python, Data Visualization Tools like Tableau, and ETL Tools like Llamasoft DataGuru/Alteryx/ or SQL Scripts
- Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver projects on time with high quality deliverables
- Comfortable working with senior leadership, providing them with recommendations
- Excellent ability to articulate thought process, ability to work and make progress in fuzzy environment by making suitable assumptions
- Proven people management experience, providing career coaching and performance feedback for professional development.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Design and build Supply Chain optimization solutions for customers using LLamasoft suite of products (Supply Chain Guru, DataGuru, Transportation Guru)
- Lead the project engagement, act as a subject matter expert in Supply Chain Design providing valuable insights to the customers
- Manage the project delivery by providing direction and feedback to the consultants
- Responsible for project close-off and final deliverables
- Grow the practice in North American region, build a team by hiring Supply Chain consultants
- Engage with local Business Development team and provide them necessary support in expanding the Supply Chain Design offerings to new customers
Education and Supply Chain Design Knowledge:
- Master’s Degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or Operations Research
- Minimum 3 years of experience working on Network Optimization, Inventory Optimization, or Route Optimization type projects
- Ability to frame business and supply chain problems into optimization models.
- Experience working with supply chain optimization tools, preferably LLamasoft Supply Chain Guru
