Role Description

Process Engineer Lead is responsible for leading the elicitation, analysis and documentation of requirements on Process modeling assignments. Acts as a liaison between business partners and technical team. Recognized for depth of Process modeling discipline as well as functional domain knowledge.

Reporting Relationship

This role will report to Delivery Manager / Senior Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

Look at entire process
for all activities before and after initiating RPA for clear understanding of
process and solution

• Define the scope of the process
  for review and/or to develop current and future state process maps.

• Explore options for an
  opportunity to reengineer a process before getting into RPA.

• Perform research for best
  practices followed for similar processes across the industry

• Collaborate with Business
  Analysts

• Understand strategic efforts
  planned that may impact RPA processes.

• Perform in-depth study to fully
  understand the approach adopted for opportunity assessment for RPA
  initiatives.

• Build a framework to identify
  the RPA opportunities across various lines of business of RIS, if
  currently not existing.

• Create a tool to gauge RPA
  feasibility evaluation

• Responsible for gathering and
  understanding of business needs and translating them into Process Models

• Assist in the estimation,
  prioritization and implementation of cost-effective business process
  solutions.

• On-boarding and mentoring new
  Process Engineers into the organization.

• Proactively acquire BU domain
  knowledge and facilitate the growth of domain knowledge throughout the
  technical teams. Lead or support Knowledge management initiatives

• Develop a strong understanding
  of the industry & the organizational vision, mission, strategic goals

• Identify and drive business
  process improvement opportunities create and share best practices across
  the teams to achieve process maturity

• Participate in the selection of
  new tools and methodologies recommend and assist in its implementation.

• Proactively develop and impart
  training on completed solutions or upcoming initiatives for business
  partners and technical staff.

• Perform User Acceptance Testing
  
  

Qualifications

Must Have

Education : Graduate Bachelor's degree (any stream)

Skill Set

• Has good understanding of one or more domains, Strong knowledge of business analysis, business products, and IT systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving and understanding the big-picture.
• Requirements Elicitation and Analysis using Visual Modeling, Business Process Modeling, Data Modeling, UML, Use Cases, Flow Charts, Stream-line diagrams, Context Diagrams, Domain Models etc
• Working knowledge of Database features, Entities & Attributes, ERD, Data dictionary, data rules and DML operations. Ability to understand conceptual, logical and physical data models, SQL query writing involving multiple joins set operations and sub-queries.
• Communication (Verbal and Written),Elicitation and facilitation skills, Ability to embrace and understand the change process, Issue / Escalation management, Negotiation/Decision making skills, effective in planning, scheduling and delegation.

Good grasp of Agile methodology, business analysis in Agile Domain experience of Financial Services, having worked on IT related projects , Has performed Feasibility Analysis, exposure to IT Strategy Road Map assignments
