Title: Process Associate(Backend Support)

Location: Kolkata

Reporting to: Assistant Manager Operations

Job Purpose

·        Ensure time-bound processing of assigned task with high accuracy

·        Work in Night Shift(9 pm-6 am)-Monday - Friday

Area of Responsibility

·        Primary purpose of this role is to process all backend client data within the given deadline with the desired accuracy level.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

·        Giving floor efficiency as per the set daily/weekly target

·        Maintain accuracy in processing as per the set target

·        Contribute to the knowledge base by constant learning and development

·        Update reports/trackers in time/as per deadline

·        Willingness to learn the new process as per business need

Expectations

·        Team Player.

·        Willingness to work in Shifts

·        Ability to work for long hours.

·        Good communication skills.

·        Computer literate (Windows, Office).

Salary- 15,000(13,400)-Fresher
