Salary : Upto 6 Lpa
Role Objective
To process client data accurately and in accordance with client procedures and use specialist domain expertise as required, in order meeting the SLAs.
Professional Know-how
Academic: Graduation (in Commerce)
SAP (FICO) & Database knowledge Must
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years in finance services or accounting
Experience in the BPO is preferred

External: Customer (s)
Primary Responsibilities
Process vendor/customer creation/amendment requests and maintain accurate records of information to maintain customer service and quality standards by following client procedures and processes;
Maintain customer service standards by adhering to the laid out initial Database management process;
Checking of Customer & Vendor spreadsheets for mass uploads
Check the Customer details in company house & take appropriate decisions on bankrupt, insolvent or closed companies
Provide timely and precise responses to all customer queries and deal with exceptional cases;
Establish internal checks and controls in-order to prevent fraud; and
Assist and mentor colleagues by sharing experience where appropriate, in meeting SLAs.
Job Location: Mumbai
WFH till lockdown
Work hours: UK Shift, 12pm- 11pm. (any 9 hours shift)
Candidates must be based out of Mumbai. Any Mumbai native candidates residing in other locations can be considered or if someone ready to relocate post lockdown.
