Process Description:
To provide a comprehensive and professional service to the underwriting departments processing the various types of technical underwriting entries including binder either from electronic, paper, website downloads, workflow, email or other forms of media onto Client Insurance’s systems, within group targets and standards.
Skills Required:
• Assertive and effective in communications (written & verbal)
• Analytical ability
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Flexible to work in shifts
• Good Oral and Written communication skills
• Good Analytical Skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Good Presentation skills
• Client interaction skills
• Comfortable with any shift
• Flexible to work as per operations need
• Basic knowledge of Insurance is preferred
