Key Objectives Will Include

The role offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into the various facets of the CAO and work with a variety of stakeholders including senior management while driving the strong alignment of the CAO with global initiatives.

• A Subject Matter Expert level understanding of the customers, functions, and tools within CAO, how they operate, and key integration points, globally and regionally
• Understanding, tracking, and ensuring proper cross-functional integration on a variety of initiatives and projects across a diverse portfolio of stakeholders
• Direct contribution and collaboration with a variety of CAO teams to deliver strategic initiatives, drive customer intelligence and analytics, and achieve an optimal customer experience across the CAO
• Ownership and accountability in helping to drive the spread, adoption, and success of the global MyWorkplace application rollout
  

The Associate/VP will deliver strategic change across the CAO globally by driving a cohesive and collective focus on Customer Experience. They will help derive specific insights and analytical models as well as focus on driving the use of metrics and customer analytics across the CAO and within functions. They will establish and use quality metrics to drive change and deliver measured improvements. They will take ownership of specific initiatives from inception to implementation. Their role will include engaging with senior management for successful completion of projects. They will be expected to provide support on key CAO initiatives that will drive the improvement of Customer Experience for all employees.

The role will utilize a range of business skills acting as a liaison between stakeholders, functions, and system/tool owners. The individual will be expected to collaborate with the LOB and the different departments of the CAO to ensure a seamless end-to-end information and process flow for the LOB and provide support and guidance to the LOB or CAO team members.
