Job Summary:

Manage the business procurement requests by liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors by identifying the right partners

Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for planning, developing and buying materials, parts, supplies and equipments in a timely and cost effective way; timely manner while maintaining appropriate quality standards and specifications.

• Implement procurement strategy 

• Build and develop relationships with key customers.

• Lead procurement in all phases

• Order materials and services as per negotiated and appropriately approved

• Prepare purchase requisitions, approve and issues purchase orders in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms and conditions.

• Track Purchasing activity and measurements.

• Manage vendor relationships and assist in building effective partnerships.

•  Dealing with suppliers.

• Prepare bids and discuss with the client technically including technology, design factors, bill of material and commercial aspect of the offer.

• Help to lower the cost and secure agreements.

Salary: 

1.5 Lakh to 2 lakhs per annum
