Job Description

- Connecting with regular & new suppliers.

- Organizing their quotes and preparing comparatives.

- Preparing Purchase orders and issuing then to suppliers.

- Coordinating for material deliveries and their invoices.

- Maintaining records for all the incoming materials and invoices with the help on the Project staff on different projects in NCR and PAN India.

- Reporting to Procurement head, maintaining Suppliers database, developing and maintaining procurement & purchase trackers.

- Coordinating for samples and materials delivery on respective sites. developing rate analysis and suppliers database for key materials which are regularly being used on projects.
