Role Summary/Purpose

Supporting sourcing execution from data preparation for tender (ITO) stage to fulfilment (OTR) stage and also to support for

implementing global sourcing guidelines.

Working closely with team of global commodity leaders, site sourcing leaders, buyers and sourcing initiative team on business

needs, and to support the overall sourcing with analytics and responsible for sourcing initiative team performance.

Essential Responsibilities

Supporting commodity & unit sourcing team for RFQ process including data extraction and preparation, Ensuring compliance from

suppliers on statutory requirement like REACH, RoHS, Country of Origin & 3TG, etc.,, Supplier Panel management including

optimization, Review and monitor supplier onboarding including verification and process audit, Implementing sourcing strategy in

accordance with QCDS requirements, Monthly souring initiative performance data preparation, review and monitoring, SMF

maintenance, Supporting supplier onboarding process & data management and meeting ad hoc requirement.

Be the main interface between process, system and tools and users for best use of tools and simplification of process with

compliance. Lead sourcing initiatives and implement it fully in units.

Lead and support on process and facilitating GCL/Sourcing team for meeting business requirement and ensuring process

compliance in-line with GE REN policy.

Qualifications / Requirements

Educational requirements : Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineer

Skills : Basic technical or commercial know how, sourcing process knowledge preferred

Analytical skills on data management, communication skills

Know how on SAP, Supplier onboarding tool, preferred

Experience : Up to 2 years’ experience in sourcing or procurement

Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Desire to learn & implement
