· Analyze the Customer requirements & identifying the potential suppliers / manufacturers by internet browsing.
· Responsible for generating leads through Internet, calls & market research
· Identify the key decision makers, create email templates and send requirements to the verified prospects.
· Make outbound follow-up calls or emails
· Coordination with operations department.
· Handling the queries of customers.
· Build up a healthy and strong relationship for continued business and generating the prospects open for future business.
· Database Preparation.
· Pricing, and supply management -
· Posting of RFQs to selected manufacturers / suppliers
· Price compilation & Negotiation with suppliers
· Technical comparative statement
· CRM entries technical and commercial
· Maintaining supplier Database
