2 Execute Strategic Sourcing - Carrying out activities related to Purchase, Rate contracts, Facility Management, Administrative Service and Corporate Securities, Built out Project , Premises handover , Domestic & International Travels booking , Visa, Insurance & Forex arrangements.
- Guest House (reservation & maintenance) taking care of guest house management.
3 Management & Purchase Inquiries
- Perform local communication on new contracts Carrying out quoting activities and supporting all quoting activities.
- Analyzing supplier quotes as well as current/possible supply sources.
- Reviewing quote for suppliers as well as complying & following all procedures within the company security policy.
- Completing AMC’s and Rate Contracts.
- Purchasing Opex & Capex items. Raising Purchase order, Receipting activities. Successfully & smoothly manage of International & Domestic travel, Local transport arrangement for travellers.
- Arrangement of Travels booking, Visa, Insurance & forex arrangements.
- Guest House Management.
- Know how of day to administrative activities – House Keeping, Courier, flower arrangement, Package Drinking water, Client visits, Equipment on rental, Material management, Cafeteria and Pantry Services, Printing Services.
Know how of Annual Events, Process Parties & Get together.
Verification of Statutory compliances.
Coordination between finance & other departments with admin for vendor related payments & Compliances.
Assisting auditors on behalf of the company in audit.
4 Customer Satisfaction Ensure internal customer satisfaction.
