Your Role and ResponsibilitiesTo provide an effective and efficient Proc Ops service as a central point of contact between Client / Supplier and the internal L2 Procurement service members for the reporting and resolution of incidents and requests. The Senior Analyst – P2P Team Lead role is responsible for the successful service delivery of their team and acts as the first escalation point for Proc Ops buyers providing advice and guidance as required.Profile is a cross functional role, an integral part of Procure to Pay (P2P) team, work with a diverse user base of employees and suppliers to solve their most challenging issues spanning the entire procure to pay process, such as Purchasing, Contracts, Blocked Invoices, Query management and ERP systems, to actively support global users from client organization, provide suggestions, enhancements and other process improvements to ensure we are constantly improving the user experience. To provide great customer support and are driven to make people rave about their great experiences with your team.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and relevant team lead experience.Business Acumen - Strong and fluent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Demonstrate broad understanding of Procurement, Purchase Order, Purchase requisition, Contract Management.
- Knowledge and relevant years' experience working in a Procurement operation supporting a client organisation
- Willing to work in nightshifts and also be flexible to cover APAC & EMEA lead responsibilities
- Must have led a team and have experience in handling various kind of team members
- Basic understanding on Oracle, Jira and Ticketing Tool, exposure to tableau will be added advantage
- Good excel and presentation skills
- Constantly looking for opportunities to improve business performance through improvements to support processes
- Analysis and problem-solving skills to quickly identify issues and implement improvements
- The ability to both takes direction while also working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and the ability to manage shifting priorities for themselves and others
- Experience working under pressure and organizing work priorities
- Respond promptly to any issues that directly impact the customers experience
- Interpersonal skills, to recognize needs of clients / suppliers and ways to satisfy them and maintain good relations by coordinating with internal P2P colleagues
- Actively develops and maintains strong relationships with key users and internal L2 P2P team members
Contribute to a well-balanced team by participating in team goals, involving others when necessary and covering other team responsibilities when requiredRequired Technical and Professional Expertise- Achievement of SLAs
- Volume analysis, classification, prioritization, assignment in Jira and reporting capabilities
- Positive customer feedback and minimal / Zero client or management escalations
- Case Management
- o Track and manage volumes and tickets from receipt, to resolution, to closure
o Escalate any issue upon approach of, or passing, service level agreements or targets
o Perform final closure of all incidents and ensure resolution steps are documented - Show drive and initiative in dealing with support teams and the business to achieve business outcomes for P2P
- Show drive and initiative in resolving business problems
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise- Working knowledge on 'Procure To Pay' (P2P) process
- Multi-Vendor Management experience
