* Assist Procurement Category team in raising quotations, quotation analysis, preparing the tender and
procurement documents.
* Prepare details for RFQ , collect quotations , making summary.
* Co-ordination for artwork rollout and status reports.
* Draft framework agreements for suppliers.
* Preparation and maintenance of inventory records and align for action items.
* Implementing and enforcement of Procurement and Stores regulations, policies systems and procedures.
* Filing of various documents including quotations, minutes and contracts
* Maintaining vendor communication and coordination.
* Tracking procurement projects and update status report.
