1. Conduct in-depth research and evaluation of model capabilities regularly. Identify and address any potential issues to enhance the performance of the model
2. Explore AI technologies with a focus on chatbots and language models (LLM)
3. Collaborate with the product team to contribute to the enhancement of model functionalities
4. Utilize knowledge of regional languages in India for enhanced research and development
5. Assist in documentation tasks related to AI models, ensuring comprehensive and clear records
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements

Requirements:

1. Enthusiasm and curiosity for artificial intelligence, particularly in the areas of chatbots and language models
2. Strong research and analytical skills to evaluate and understand various AI model capabilities
3. Good communication skills and the capability to collaborate effectively with a dynamic team
4. Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate and organized documentation
5. Knowledge of one or two regional languages other than Hindi for language model research (Good to have)
6. Ability to work from our Bangalore office for the entire internship duration
