Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand remote sales, SaaS business model, and churn analysis
2. Measure & maintain insightful spreadsheets on customers' billing information
3. Analyze & examine the accounts of ex-customers and determine why they left
4. Talk & set up and conduct interviews with unexplainable cases for further discussion
5. Predict & apply the knowledge gathered to predict when/why customers might leave
6. Present & make sure we can benefit from your work by making regular presentations
