Job Summary

Product consultants will work closely with the Engineering Team and Customers. The feedback from our customers is priceless for us, and the consultants will have to gather that for the company. He/She should be able to act as a liaison to provide product support, configure Linways products as per the customer's requirements, and resolve any problems or need for clarifications that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency. The product consultants should be genuinely excited to help our customers and are expected to have patience, empathy, and passionate communication skills.

Other natural skills such as problem-solving ability, would be considered as an added advantage. He/She must be confident at troubleshooting and should be ready to investigate if there isn’t enough information to resolve the problem. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches to ensure the product runs smoothly and meets with the needs of our clients while being best in quality.

The goal is to assure and ensure the high quality of our products and services aiming for the long-term success of our business and our customers.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Learn Linways’ products and stay up-to-date with its latest features,
  • Inform our customers about new features, and provide training,
  • Identify and assess our customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction,
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication,
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to users and configure Linways’ products,
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up on them to ensure customer satisfaction,
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents,
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Preference for any of these bachelor’s/master's degree: BCA/MCA, B.Tech/M.Tech, BBA/MBA, M.Sc.
  • Problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Should be excited to help customers.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters with the appropriate attitude.
