About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Perform product demonstrations for both prospective customers and existing customers as needed
2. Understand the company's SaaS product offerings and undertake presentations with interested customers
3. Attend initial sales calls and determine a customer's business needs
4. Discuss with the product and design team for customer requirements and solutions that can be offered to meet such needs
5. Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
6. Work with the digital media team to create marketing campaigns for product promotions
7. Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
8. Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team
9. Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues including preparation of minutes of meetings, key deliverables, and expected timeline
