Experience: 20 Years

Educational Qualifications & Certifications:       

·         Graduate In Engineering

·         Knowledge Of Gemology, CAD/CAM , CNC & model making would be an added advantage.

·         Detail orientation is a must

Job Responsibilities:

·         To Develop SLA's /SOPs In Line With The Business Requirements, Processes, And Timely Delivery

·         Create a review mechanism for all the projects (performance, planning, implementation, execution and evaluation of projects). Ensure that the PD performance tracker is maintained to build connect and maintain relationship with vendors and visit market at regular intervals.

·         Regularly interact with the clients and where necessary, assist in the resolution of any major issues with these clients

·         Building skill sets across the organization: identify needs and evaluating people across the organization to collaborate with qc team to finalize the product quality in the product development projects.

·         To initiate self and team learning by participating in different workshops, seminars to increase industry awareness

Requirements

·         Worked with brands

·         Technically strong in product (not on creativity)

·         Should be a passionate and a product specific individual should have lead a team of 10 – 15 people

·         Should be conscious on technical & quality requirement (cartier, shepherd) should have a know-how of how a piece is made, jewelry process, designing, research and technical execution

·         Should have an experience in cad – rhino,

·         Should have an actual bench experience as he will be leading a team of 6-7 pd managers (assigned specific client)

·         Should be conversant with product in domestic and export market then with high end and high quality jewelry in retail

·         Candidates from ganjain brand is added advantage

·         Should be detail oriented with brands like cartier, bulgari and vandee
